If you prefer to learn in private, there are small studios in which you learn by watching a guided video in seclusion. You’ll even learn how to stretch properly while on a long flight.
At the Mind Sanctuary, you can either learn how to meditate with audio, or by gazing ahead using Trataka yoga practices. Guided meditations are provided for both, as well as noise-canceling earbuds.
